Terms You Are Agreeing to Upon Purchase of any LVRETC Course:

• I have carefully read and understand a completed enrollment agreement will be available for print upon acceptance of all terms.
• I hereby acknowledge receipt of the school’s catalog with an effective date of November 22, 2016, which contains information describing programs offered, and equipment or supplies provided.
• The student further understands the catalog is a part of the enrollment agreement. The school catalog can be printed for my records at the time of accepting the terms. A copy of my accepted catalog will also remain on my student’s cabinet for 365 days after acceptance and purchase of the course.
• I understand that the school may terminate my enrollment if I fail to comply with the established standards of conduct, as outlined in the school catalog.
• While enrolled in the school, I understand that I must maintain satisfactory academic progress as described in the school catalog and that my financial obligation to the school must be paid in full before a certificate or transcript credential may be awarded.
• I understand that the school does not guarantee job placement to graduates upon program completion.
• I agree to the price of the chosen course as outlined in the school's catalog. I further understand that additional add on live tutoring classes or PSI Exam crash courses are additional costs and have been added to my total if any were purchased.
• I agree to the Refund Policy as outlined in BOLD in the catalog and enrollment agreement effective November 22, 2016.
• Evidence of Entrance - You will be required to upload a proper copy of identification confirming you are 18 years or older once enrolled into a course.
